Pearls are created by Akoya oysters over many years. Deformities (non-spherical shapes) and uneven coloration may occur, but these are part of the charm of Akoya oysters created by nature, and we do not offer exchanges for the reasons mentioned above. We allow our customers to select the Akoya oyster from which they will extract their pearl from among a number of Akoya oysters. It's a style where you can look forward to seeing what kind of pearl you'll get.
