Start the class with a market tour led by a tour guide where guests will walk through one of the oldest and biggest flower - fruits and vegs market and experience the vibes of traditional Thai way of life.
Guests will learn how to pick fresh ingredients for their dishes.
After the market tour, guests will be returning to school, get welcome drinks and Instructor will start by welcoming everyone then follow by the introduction to basic Thai ingredients used in Thai cuisine like herbs and spices.
After that, guests will start the first task by preparing coconut milk for sweet Sticky rice.
