Prince Gong Mansion generally refers to Prince Gong Mansion and its garden. Prince Gong Mansion and its garden, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, is located along the western edge of Qianhai and on the southern bank of Shichahai.
It is the largest princely mansion of the Qing Dynasty, having successively served as the residences of Heshen and Prince Qing Yonglin. In the first year of Xianfeng in the Qing Dynasty (1851), Prince Gong Yixin became the owner of the mansion, and thus the name Prince Gong Mansion was derived.
