2. [Pre-Trip Notice]
Within 24 hours after placing your order, customer service will send an email and add your contact information;
The evening before departure, between 18:00 and 22:00, a driver or guide will notify you in advance via WeChat, email, or a Chinese phone call regarding the morning pick-up time and location for the departure day. Please keep your communication channel open.
3. [Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service Range]
We provide free door-to-door pick-up and drop-off for all areas within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu.
If you need to travel to places outside these areas, additional fees will apply, and the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after order confirmation.

5. [Private Tour]
Tour types are distinguished by the number of participants and the service language.
This product is a private tour and will not be combined with other tourists. You can choose the service plan that suits you best based on the number of travelers and language needs.

1–3 people: A comfortable 5-seater vehicle is arranged.
4–7 people: A 7–9 seater business van is arranged.
② Chinese-Speaking Tour
A Chinese-speaking driver also acts as the tour guide, and a Chinese-speaking guide is arranged at the Panda Base. Suitable for tourists who can communicate in Chinese and wish to have a more cost-effective experience.
③ English and Other Language Tours | Dedicated Multilingual Guide
Available languages: English, French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese.
Accompanied by a Chinese-speaking driver and a dedicated guide of the corresponding language throughout the tour, providing smoother communication and more comprehensive explanations of the attractions.
