• TOUR INTENSITY: While there're frequent breaks, please be prepared for long stretches on bike. Some muscle soreness is expected.
• ACCOMMODATON & FOOD: Our tour features stay in local homestays or basic guesthouses, offering an authentic experience. Meals consist of simple local cuisine. Please note that menu might repeat due to the nature of the multi-day tour.
• GROUP SIZE: To ensure your safety and comfort, our guided groups are limited to 11 participants. You may encounter other tour groups during your journey.
