Know before you go

• ESIM can only be activated when you’re in Vietnam, we will contact for you 1 day before via Whatsapp and send QR code when you’re in Vietnam (Our working time from 7:00am - 11:00pm)
• Sim has 5GB/day if you use up 5GB Data stop work, you have to wait until the next day to get another 5GB, sim will automatically renew every day
• Physical SIM Only support deliver to hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter area. If you are in other locations not in Hanoi area, only Esim is supported, not physical SIM.
• Sim only Internet access, does not support voice calling and SMS messaging
• Please make sure your mobile device is sim unlocked
• You can get the SIM card at Vietnam Asia Office at 131 Hang Bong Street or we can bring it to your hotel if it’s in Hanoi Old Quarter
• Office in Hanoi (Add: 131 Hang Bong street) Office are open from 9.00AM to 10.00PM Monday through Sunday.
