Tickets can be exchanged at the ticket counter located on the side of the Saigon Opera House, facing the Continental Hotel
Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
Customers are advised to switch lines at Stops 6, 7 and 8 on the Red Route, which corresponds to Stops 1, 2 and 3 on the Blue Route
