Max Cheng ── Tai Hang Flavours Handmade Incense Workshop
Mixed-media artist Max Cheng will guide participants to become scent travellers, kneading and blending natural handmade incense materials by hand. They will preserve the everyday warmth and daily memories of Tai Hang within their own stick of incense, and bring this unique handmade incense home

Paper mache art sculpture collective Hira Hira will guide participants to explore the unique “blessing power” and community story of each Tai Hang mythical creature. Besides shaping this palm-sized happiness by hand, participants may also bring their mythical creature along to explore the legendary stories of Tai Hang

Felix Yiu ── Miniature Tai Hang Fire Dragon Crafting Workshop
Multi-disciplinary material artist Felix Yiu will guide participants to experience first-hand the craft and charm of Fire Dragon making. Combining a traditional crafted framework with contemporary craft materials, it invites participants to rediscover this folk craft that carries the memories of Tai Hang. Even without any hands-on craft experience, participants can craft their own miniature Fire Dragon by hand within two hours, bringing home the festive light, shadows and blessings of Tai Hang

Charles Lai ── Tai Hang Architectural and Heritage Guided Tour
Architectural styles evolve with the times, serving as tangible records of society and historical development. Architectural researcher Dr Charles Lai will lead participants through the streets and alleys of Tai Hang, tracing the neighbourhood’s transformation from early traditional Hakka village houses and pre-war tong lau (tenement building) of the early 20th century to the modern urban architecture of today
