To ensure the quality of the visit, a reservation system is adopted to control the on-site crowd flow. The rules are explained as follows:

Reservations for sessions from 11.13 (Fri) to 11.27 (Fri), 2026 will open starting 2026/10/23 (Fri) 00:00. Starting 10/24 (Sat), sessions for an additional day will be opened daily, and so on. Please pay attention to the opening times of the sessions.
Please select the desired session and number of attendees, and leave the real name and mobile phone number of the person making the reservation. After completing the reservation process, you will receive a successful reservation text message or Line notification. Please present your ticket upon on-site check-in, and provide the reservation holder's name and phone number. Those who match will complete the check-in process.
Each phone number can register for a maximum of 2 sessions, with an upper limit of 4 people per registered entry. For groups of more than 4 people, please make a reservation through a second accompanying person.
Fully booked sessions cannot be reserved. Please choose another date/session or queue on-site for standby.

Please arrive at the designated check-in area 10 minutes before your reserved session (the first session of the day is exempt from this).
A 10-minute grace period for entry is reserved for each session. Overtime will result in the cancellation of entry qualifications and the accumulation of 1 missed-entry record. Please re-book a session online or register on-site with the staff. If the session is full, please book another session for entry. (The actual entry time will be subject to on-site crowds and verification status; entry within 10 minutes is not guaranteed.)
All reservation holders must arrive together for entry. If there are temporary adjustments to the number of people or time slots, please complete online modifications as early as possible. In case of discrepancies with the registered information, staff have the right to refuse entry and accumulate 1 missed-entry record.
If there are 2 missed check-ins, the user's reservation and registration rights will be cancelled without proactive reminders, so please pay attention.
Online reservation or on-site standby qualifications are non-transferable and names cannot be changed. If you need to make modifications, please cancel the original registration and make a new reservation.
Please have your ticket ready before check-in to speed up the entry verification time.
On-site ticket purchases do not guarantee immediate entry. If the session is full, please book a session for the same day or a future date.
The last reservation session of the day is 1 hour before closing time. Please understand the timing before making a reservation.
If there are any changes or deficiencies in the related rules, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. Ani-One / Muse (Manga Animation) reserves the right of final interpretation and modification of the rules.
