Workshop content includes:

Introduction to specialty coffee

Understanding the difference between mass-market coffee and hand-drip coffee

Learning coffee tasting

Understanding the degree of roasting and characteristics of coffee beans

Experience manual roasting of coffee beans (100G green beans)

Learning simple coffee roasting principles

Introduction to hand-drip coffee brewing tools

Explanation of basic brewing theory and techniques

Demonstration and explanation of hand-drip coffee
