We’ve moved to a stunning new Hanok! Photos coming soon! Experience an authentic Kimchi Cooking Class in Bukchon. Inside our **traditional home**, we’ll explore the science & stories of fermentation. I’ll share my **Mother’s legacy recipe**—you’ll be amazed at the depth of flavor we create together! **Eat & take home your share; the rest is donated to low-income neighbors via the local city office.** **We’ll also cook Kimchi-jeon (crispy pancakes) and enjoy Amazing braised meat with tofu for a communal feast.** Enjoy a family-style meal in a historic house, sharing laughs & heritage. You’ll leave with family recipes and a true taste of Seoul. Note: Inform us of food allergies in advance. Kimchi ferments fast/travels poorly; containers not provided. Class in English (영어진행).
