• Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends, School & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Ticket categories: Adult (13–59 years old) and Child (3–12 years old).
• A surcharge of RM20 (Adult) / RM16 (Child) applies if MyKad/MyKid is not presented for Malaysian tickets.
• Valid tickets must be presented for admission; lost, expired, or used tickets are non-refundable.
