Know before you go

• Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
• The venue is on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator.
• English translation will be provided as much as possible, if you would like to add it please contact us.
• We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
• Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day.)
• If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged.
• Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue.

• Those who do not participate in the experience will not be allowed to enter.
• Children who sit on their parents’ laps are free of charge. (Under 2 years old only)
