Put on a pair of VR glasses, hold a 1995 Shanghai subway ticket, and travel back 30 years to a Shikumen alleyway. Join A Nitou to look for cats, listen to music, and wander through the alley, personally experiencing a magical summer night in 1990s Shanghai amidst light, shadow, and melody.
This is China's first VR musical film themed after the city of Shanghai—"Rock It, 1995," which has won numerous honors including the virtual reality film "Dragon Mark" and recommendations from the Beijing International Film Festival and the China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival. Available in Mandarin, Shanghainese, and English.
The entire journey lasts about 40 to 60 minutes and is suitable for all ages. Whether you are a young person curious about the past or parents looking to relive their youth, everyone can find their own emotional resonance here.
