**Craft Your Own Gin at Brass Lion Distillery** Step into the world of gin-making with Brass Lion, winner of the IWSC Gin Producer of the Year (2025), and create your very own bottle of gin. Over approximately 3 hours, learn the art of distillation through this hands-on experience. Begin with a welcome drink as your Ginstructor introduces the session. Explore a variety of botanicals, discovering different aromas and flavours before crafting your own unique gin recipe. Using a mini copper pot still, you’ll distil your gin with expert guidance every step of the way. Once complete, bottle and personalise your creation to take home. Celebrate with a refreshing G&T made using your very own gin in the Tasting Room, and stay on to enjoy more food and drinks after the experience.
