Professional dancers perform Brazilian samba, capoeira and Cuban salsa with live drums and horns, inviting audience participation and dance competitions. After the show the DJ keeps the party going so you can dance, enjoy dessert and step outside onto spacious decks for stunning harbour views.

Hot selection includes slow-cooked pulled beef brisket, Mexican-spiced chicken with chipotle sauce, oven-roasted baby potatoes, vegetable empanadas and penne pasta with creamy mushroom sauce. Fresh selection includes mixed bean and charred corn salad, chorizo and roast vegetable macaroni salad, classic coleslaw, wild mixed leaf salad and mixed dinner rolls.
