About this experience

We welcome you to our kimono shop in Asakusa, just a 3min walk from the famous Sensoji Temple! Here, you can choose beautiful, real kimono´s from our collection :) My name is Kazune, and I grew up in Asakusa, and I will help you put the kimono on, making sure everything fits comfortably and looks perfect for you! :) Our other staff is a "Japanese National Certified Kimono Dresser" So you will be taken well care of! :) Once you are dressed, you can take beautiful photos in Asakusa (feel free to ask me for photo spot recommendations), and create memories you will treasure for a lifetime <3 Some people worry that wearing a kimono is "culturally inappropriate", but the truth is that we love seeing tourist taking a part of our culture and you all always look so beautiful wearing them <3 Please arrive at the shop at least 10 minutes before your booking time, so we can prepare everything for you :) The kimono needs to be returned to the shop by 17:30 on the same day. If you wish to keep it longer and return it the next day, that is also possible for a small extra fee, which you can arrange directly at our shop We are looking forward to welcoming you with a smile :)

• Kimono Full Set (choose the one you like the best)
• Obi belt, sandals, and traditional bag for your belongings
• Dressing assistance by friendly staff
• Storage for your clothes and belongings during rental
• Rickshaw ride experience (can be added for an extra fee at the shop)
• Tea ceremony experience (can be added for an extra fee at the shop)

Know before you go

• Please arrive at the shop at least 10 minutes before your booking time, so we can prepare everything for you :)
• The kimono needs to be returned to the shop by 17:30 on the same day
• If you wish to keep it longer and return it the next day, that is also possible for a small extra fee, which you can arrange directly at our shop
• If you are more than 30 minutes late and do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled.
• If you visit on a cold day, please wear an undergarment (top and bottoms, Heattech, etc.) You can wear leggings underneath.
• Our store can store your luggage.
• Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the store.
• Please take your trash with you when you leave.
