Begin your day by meeting your guide at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station. Board a comfortable bus and head to Hakone, a picturesque town known for its hot springs and stunning views of Mt. Fuji. Upon arrival, visit the Hakone Shrine, a sacred site founded in 757. Admire the iconic red Torii gate standing in Lake Ashi, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. Enjoy some free time to explore the area and take in the serene atmosphere.(Torii gate will be closed from Dec.28th to Feb.10th,2026) Next, embark on a pirate ship cruise on Lake Ashi（Optional and at your own cost）. Choose from three themed ships—Royal II, Victory, and Queen Ashinoko—and enjoy sweeping views of the Torii gate, Mt. Fuji, and the lake.. If you prefer, travel by vehicle to the Togendai Ropeway Station. Continue your adventure with a ride on the Hakone Ropeway, offering spectacular views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi. Arrive at Owakudani, a famous geothermal valley created during a massive eruption of Mt. Hakone about 4,000 years ago. Explore the area and try the local specialty, black eggs, boiled in volcanic spring water. ***Reminder: Lunch is not included in this tour. You’re welcome to bring something to eat, purchase lunch at the attractions, or choose to eat at a restaurant suggested by the guide. Afterward, head to Lake Yamanaka, one of the Fuji Five Lakes, and visit the Swan Lake Shore. This area is home to many swans and offers a prime location to photograph them with Mt. Fuji in the background. Finally, visit Oshino Hakkai, a scenic site with eight crystal-clear ponds formed from Mt. Fuji’s snowmelt. Enjoy stunning views of the ponds reflecting Mt. Fuji’s beauty before returning to Tokyo.

• ***Pay attention: The tour duration may exceed 10 hours due to traffic. The Lake Ashi pirate ship costs ¥1,700 and is optional. The guide can help you buy tickets.
• 1.Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals are non-refundable. Several of our guides will be at the meeting point.
• 2. Ropeway will be closed due to the bad weather or maintenance, please email us for the ticket refund of 1000JPY per person.
