| 手机卡售后工作流程

快递与发货

  1. 货款到账后5个工作日内发货。非澳洲卡需要14~21日后发货。
  2. 默认通过Fedex发货,客户也可以自行预订快递上门取货。
  3. 发货后快递公司会自动发送email通知收件人快递单号。
  4. 发货后3个工作日内,我们会更新手机卡SIM Number到你的Portal账户。

激活与改期

  1. 请至少提前3日在Portal系统中提交激活日期。
  2. 我们将在激活日期前一天下班前(澳洲时间5PM)整理数据。
  3. 如果错过时间,需要修改激活信息,请提交 紧急激活申请表单
  4. 当日提交激活请求,也需要填写紧急激活申请表单。
  5. 若仅调整到次日以后的激活日期,可直接在Portal中修改。

故障处理

  1. 请严格按照 故障处理表单填写,确保快速处理问题。
  2. 处理前请阅读我们的排障文章:

    • iPhone用户:删除VPN描述文件并重置网络设置,必要时重复操作。
    • Android用户:升级到最新系统,手动输入APN,开启/关闭飞行模式。

如何查询我的手机号码?

  • iOS系统:进入设置 → 电话。
  • Android系统:进入设置 → 关于手机。
  • 也可以拨打电话或发送短信给朋友查询。

如何充值?

访问Google或Deepseek,搜索运营商名称+Recharge,例如「Telstra Recharge」、「Vodafone Recharge」。

我们不代为充值,客户可直接通过官网或第三方平台自行充值。所有预付费SIM卡均支持充值。

| SIM Card Service Workflow

Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Non-Australian SIM cards will be dispatched within 14–21 days.
  2. FedEx is the default courier, but customers can arrange their own courier pickup if preferred.
  3. Tracking numbers will be emailed automatically upon shipment.
  4. SIM Numbers will be updated in your Portal account within 3 business days after dispatch.

Activation and Rescheduling

  1. Submit the activation date at least 3 days in advance via the Portal.
  2. Activation data is prepared by 5 PM Sydney time on the day before the activation date.
  3. If changes are required after the cutoff, update the activation date in the Portal and submit an Urgent Activation Request Form.
  4. Same-day activation requests must also submit an Urgent Activation Request Form.
  5. Future date changes submitted after business hours can be updated directly in the Portal without impact.

Troubleshooting

  • Fill out the Troubleshooting Form accurately to ensure quick issue resolution.

    • iPhone: Remove VPN profiles and reset network settings if you can call but not access the internet.
    • Android: Update to the latest OS version, manually configure APN settings, and toggle Airplane mode.
    • SIM Not Recognized: Submit a photo and request a refund here.

  • Consult AI assistants:

We do not assist with recharges. Customers should recharge through carrier websites or authorized third-party platforms. All prepaid SIM cards are rechargeable.
