Reservation

1. The reservation needs to be made minimum 24 hours (before 5PM Bali Time) prior to the activity.

2. All prices are inclusive of all taxes.

3. Child fare are for children from 5-12 years old.

4. Senior (>65 yrs old) are not permitted to participate.

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email and ticket after booking.

• In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.

Cancellation

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours(before 5PM Bali Time) prior to the activity.

• No refund will be given for cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the activity.

• If you place an order within 24 hours prior to the activity, please note that we are unable to cancel your order. NO REFUND will be issued.

How To Use

• You may present a printed or mobile voucher.

• The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time.

• Operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance.

• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick up route.
