Delivery: Push notification to your device (submit EID, IMEI2 & arrival date after purchase). A generic eSIM QR code will also be sent to your email.
When to install: Arrive at destination → connect to Wi-Fi → tap the push notification (or scan QR code from email) to add eSIM. QR code only works once activated. Turn on data roaming in Canada & Mexico.
Activation: Auto-activated at 8:00 AM Pacific Time (PST) on your arrival date.
Valid: Runs for the selected duration from activation date.

⚠️ Attention:⚠️ USA/Canada/Mexico — Important Rules No Use Outside North America Do NOT turn on or use the SIM/eSIM outside the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. Violations will result in immediate line termination. eSIM Install at a U.S. airport upon arrival. If installed overseas, keep it OFF until arrival (Settings → Cellular → Turn off eSIM). Physical SIM Insert only after arriving in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. If testing is needed beforehand, use Airplane Mode. Device Compatibility eSIM plans under 10 days are NOT compatible with Android devices or iPhone 12 and older. Violation Charges Any terminated line will still be billed as a full 30-day plan, regardless of usage.
